COCO Skin Clinic are a leading skin clinic company based in Fremantle, specialising in advanced skin, laser and medical aesthetic treatments in a safe and caring environment for their clients throughout Perth, Western Australia.
The team at Lethal Digital worked closely with Dr. Jane Lucus to redesign a brand new website that had a strong ‘concern led’ approach to the overall structure of the new site.
After our initial strategy session with Dr. Jane, we understood that their clientelle were coming to the COCO Skin Clinic website for a reason. They weren’t ‘window shopping’, they clearly had a skin related problem and needed a solution.
So our web design strategy was to create a user friendly website that focussed on the most common skin treatment concerns and provide a range of treatment solutions that COCO Skin Treatment has on offer.
Since launching the new website, the COCO Skin Clinic has experienced an influx of new enquiries and new happy customers. We strongly believe the success of the new site is because we focused on providing a solution to the customers problem and not just following the typical skin clinic website approach where they’re only promoting their services.
