Diabolically genius email marketer and whip-smart business coach, Peta Serras of Professional Babe is here to help you create binge-worthy content that scales your business and leaves clients gasping for more.
We’d worked with Peta on previous iterations of her website, but now was the time to welcome in a new age for Professional Babe: A bold, striking new website with racy copy to match. Peta wanted to make a splash, so we put on our goggles and dove on in.

The
challenge
Our mission was simple: Be anything but beige. We knew we had to make a serious impact.
We were armed with viciously funny and smart copy from Peta, assets from a stunning vintage-inspired photoshoot, and a series of courses to offer—all on the one homepage.
So we assembled our wish-list: Bold typography, tantalising CTA buttons, easy-to-navigate structure, and a celebration of that fantastic imagery wherever possible.

We took inspiration from the best source possible: The client herself. After just a few chats with Peta, we knew she wasn’t afraid to rustle some feathers, but she also had a certain timelessness to her advice and outlook.
So we amalgamated these two ideas: The vivacious personality with a classic, vintage aesthetic. And the result? Absolute dynamite.

BREAKDOWN
Punchy Type
As soon as we received Peta’s copy document, we knew the type had to be a shining focus of this site. By pairing bold serif and sans-serif headings, we helped merge that idea of modern marketing with timeless advice. And as a bonus, this helps the viciously funny headings truly sing.
Scroll-Worthy Structure
Each page on Professional Babe is built to absolutely flow. We structured the site to ensure that your eyes dart from heading to heading, with tantalisingly clickable CTA buttons that lead to more info.
A Palette to Lust Over
A bold vintage red, the shade of a lavish glass of pinot fit the brief perfectly. We offset this feature colour with nude and blush tones to balance the whole look and again, to let the type stand out.
Anti-Ordinary
Not your average marketing coach with not your average website. We aimed for punchy, modern, sophisticated-but-saucy, easy to navigate, tempting to click, and overall delicious to consume.
