The team at PeopleStart work every day to bring clarity and calm to what can otherwise be a chaotic part of business, and so they deserved a digital presence that reflected exactly this. challenge
On our first few consults with the team at PeopleStart, we understood that they had a distinctly personable and innovative approach to HR services that we wanted to highlight throughout their digital presence.
The other central challenge laid in ensuring the right people would find PeopleStart at the right times. Unlike a B2C service, PeopleStart can’t necessarily run on Facebook or Instagram ads, so we knew Google, SEO, and a keenly researched keyword strategy would be crucial.

Clean, calming, people-first—this was the goal for the PeopleStart web presence look, feel, and navigation. We wanted to cut through the clutter and help people find the information that they needed with ease and minimal effort.
This meant a quick-link-focused homepage layout, clearly defined sub-pages, and crystal clear, razor sharp copy, drenched in SEO keywords.

The last thing you want when browsing a any website is having to dig for the information you’re in search of. That’s why we prioritised navigation for PeopleStart by crafting quick-links on the homepage to help guide people directly to their desired destinations.

A powerful website is moot if nobody can find it! That’s why we took the utmost care to research key terms for the ideal PeopleStart client and embedded these in the copy throughout the entire website, making PeopleStart the go-to result. Every time.
A visual treat
PeopleStart’s website design called for an elegant, sophisticated, but very human look and feel. We crafted this by creating wide margins, ultra sharp graphics, a sophisticated serif typeface, and an ultra friendly green feature colour.
